Her full name is Mia Liliuokalani-Honda-Jones and she represents Hawai'i. The Honda comes from Japan and Jones from America. I was told Liliuokalani wasn't a suitable sirname, i understand this. But i felt it was important [It was the last Queen of Hawaii's name] i wanted to include it.
She has tanned skin, and dark hair and eyes, common traits in Hawaii.
The scar near her hand is from Pearl Harbour. It is located where it is cause i was told America was meant to have on around his bellybutton area, and that his belly button represents Hawaii. Both could be wrong, I'm not sure.
Her bikini is the Hawaiian flag.
She used to really look up to and love Japan, but after Pearl Harbour, which she remembers clearly, she feels she cannot turst him as much as she used too.
Before 'moving in' with America, she used to be quite like Japan. She was fairly quiet and enjoy her own company, over time she has grown to be more like America.
Thats a lei around her wrist. I have one for around my wrist, so i hope thats right!
She worries a bit about not fitting in with the other states, as she is quite different to them.
She will occasionally dream of being her own country again, but realises she cant. [I got a bit confused on this point. The whole 'Is Hawaii a state or not' arguement. I think Hawaii is a state, but i have heard that some Hawaiians dont like this, or dont think they should be a state or..? If anyone has any info on this, i'd love to hear it!']
She has a shark tooth necklace - if you couldnt tell XD
Shes playing vollyball [I choose vollyball because its a beach sports, and there are a lot of beaches in Hawaii.]
The flower in her hair is her national flower the Hibiscus.
She is the FEMALE version of Hawaii, not my orignal version. This is because I saw a lot of Female Hawaii OC's and they all were girls and they all had the hula skirts and the lei's. I wanted to make make mine diffrent, so hes a surfer boy originaly.

First proper colouring in job, and i think its good! No shading though, cause im just learning, maybe later i'll redo it(:
